Personalized jewelry
Most jewelry from Vedder & Vedder is personalized, and each has a unique character. This type of product is not eligible for return. If a mistake has been made during the production process of your jewelry, we will of course work together to find an appropriate solution. Please include your number and always send a picture of the jewelry, so we can help you as best as possible!
Non-personalized jewelry
Jewelry marked as returnable can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. The return costs are at your own expense.
How to return your order:
- The jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.
- Contact our customer service at the email address: klantenservice@vedder-vedder.com. They will handle your return. Please mention your order number, so we can help you as best as possible.
- You must carefully check the return from your receipt from customer service and send it back together with the jewelry. Otherwise, we cannot process your return.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as we have received and processed your return. The entire process takes up to 10 business days (depending on busy periods and your return type). Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs of your original order.
