Receive personalised jewellery earlier?
Under delivery options in the check-out you can choose the DHL For You VIP Service (€29,-).
If you place your order on working days before 12:00 and choose the VIP service, we will produce & ship your personalised item the same day.

Fast delivery
If you have placed your order from the "Next day delivery" before 3 PM, your order will be delivered the next business day when within the Netherlands or Belgium.

Pre-order
A pre order is an order for an item that has not yet been released or is not (yet) in stock.
These items are sent to you as soon as they become available. Thanks to the pre order option, you can buy exclusive items and avoid being late when the item comes back in stock.
Each item is clearly marked with the expected delivery date of the pre-order product.

Multiple items in one order are never shipped separtely.
Meaning that the order All items in an order are shipped together.
If you order a personalized item and a "Next Day Delivery" item, both will be shipped once the personalized item is ready.
