Our ash necklaces cannot only be used for ash. As long as it's personal, meaningful and small enough to keep in the pendant, you can use it as a tribute. Think of a loved one’s lock of hair or some sand grains from your favorite beach. Everything is possible! When in doubt about a fingerprint, it is best to upload the fingerprint(s) with the desired product. Should our production department not be able to process your fingerprint, our customer service will inform you in time to find a suitable solution.
A refill set is included with the jewelry. The set consists of a funnel, a cleaning cloth and instructions.
This piece is made of 9K yellow or white and solid 14K yellow or white gold. Each piece is handmade, personalized and packed with love in our atelier in Amsterdam.
9K/375: A 9K piece of jewelry contains a less amount of gold than a 14K golden piece. Due to its relatively low cost, 9K jewelry is a good alternative for our more expensive 14K gold line. This will not discolor.
14K Gold/585: We work with 14K gold. This will not discolor.

We understand that our (most of the time personalized) jewelry tells your personal story and that therefore you’d like to wear it all the time. If the jewelry is discolored within the first 4 months of your purchase, we will offer you a free plating service for all products. In the unlikely case something else is wrong with the jewelry, we have a warranty period of 6 months for gold-plated jewelry and a year for solid gold jewelry.
